Now Forming: Teen Girls Therapy Group
A Space for Connection, Growth, and Support
Starting this September, Under the Juniper Counseling is offering a weekly therapy group for high school–aged girls and female-identifying teens. This group is a supportive, process-based space where teens can come together to explore who they are, build healthy relationships, and develop skills to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and resilience.
What to Expect
This ongoing group meets Tuesday evenings and blends process work with skill-building. That means we’ll talk about what’s really going on—friendships, family dynamics, school stress, self-image, and more—while also learning and practicing coping tools, boundary setting, emotional regulation, and communication skills.
Why a Group?
Group therapy is a powerful way for teens to feel less alone. Through shared experiences, participants gain insight, feel validated, and start to build healthier patterns in real time. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or just wants a safe place to explore their identity and relationships, this group offers a consistent and supportive environment to grow.
